As a Brookline native and active member of the Brookline arts and business community, Lea brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to all her local business and cultural activities.  After closing her retail business, the award-winning Stone’s Throw Gallery in Brookline’s Coolidge Corner, she chose real estate brokerage as a rewarding and exciting way to continue to serve her clients in the community.  Lea draws upon her success in management and training to design marketing strategies for each of her listings and to shape the negotiations for all her transactions.
 
Chairman of the Board of the Brookline Chamber of Commerce in 2012-14, Lea was proud to be named their Business Person of the Year for 2008.  Lea was appointed to Brookline’s Advisory Committee in 2012 and served thru the 2018 Annual Town Meeting. She also serves on other town committees as requested.
 
Lea has been a member of the organizing committee for the annual Coolidge Corner Arts Festival since 1997, the largest and oldest continuing event held in town (other than the Boston Marathon). In 2014 Lea founded ArtsBrookline, a celebration of the arts in Brookline, which was incorporated as a 501(c)3 non-profit in 2017. Lea is a past Commissioner for the Brookline Commission of the Arts.

After a long career as an award-winning graphic designer, Caroline, an immigrant from England living in Brookline for more than half of her life, has developed a unique artistic practice that reflects a personal narrative, both figurative and abstract. Caroline uses collage, washes, and various other media and ephemera to create highly sought after representations of her vision.  Caroline has been a member of several Boston art studio buildings and is a founding member of Station Street Studios. Caroline currently serves as a Commissioner on the Brookline Commission for the Arts.

A long-time medical science executive for Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Amy is currently serving as Executive Director, External Affairs for Cell Therapies Programs. Amy is a resident of Brookline and a local arts and culture advocate. Amy is also a Board Member and Treasurer for Brookline Interactive Group (BIG), an integrated media and technology education center and a community media hub for Brookline. Amy is a founding member of Station Street Studios in Brookline Village, a non-profit arts and education space offered by Muddy River Arts, Inc., and has previously served
as a Commissioner and Chairman for the Brookline Commission for the Arts. Amy is also a Steering Committee Member for the annual Brookline Open Studios and Marketplace. Amy is a printmaker and graphic artist who has previously produced many scientific illustrations for local medical research institutions and scientists and currently creates a variety of art prints using intaglio, relief and mono-printmaking techniques.

A resident of Brookline, Brian is an attorney and partner in DLA Piper’s real estate group where he serves as counsel to developers and investors in the acquisition, development, sale and leasing of large-scale real estate projects.  Brian has served in various leadership positions with civic organizations and bar association groups, and he frequently represents charitable and non-profit clients on a pro bono basis.  Brian has also served as an elected Brookline town meeting member and as a member of several Town of Brookline committees charged with advising on zoning, land use, and other matters, and he is an enthusiastic participant in various local and charitable events, including Brookline’s Porchfest and the Pan Mass Challenge, an annual bike-a-thon that raises money for Dana Farber Cancer Institute.

A long-time resident of Brookline, Gillian serves as the Arts Administrator for the Town of Brookline and the Brookline Commission for the Arts and is an active local arts advocate and supporter. Gillian oversees communications and marketing of local arts events and application deadlines for the Town of Brookline and plays key roles in connecting cultural events and activities with the Town offices. She is a founder of ArtsBrookline/Muddy River Arts and Brookline Porchfest. Gillian also creates art works in a variety of media including photography, mounted resin, goauche, watercolor, and collage and is a founding working artist member of Station Street Studios. Gillian is liaison with the Mass Cultural Council for the Brookline Village Cultural District project.

A long-time Brookline resident and ceramic artist creating functional and decorative ceramic ware in porcelain, with each piece individually crafted and glazed, making them singular works of art. Susan markets her highly sought after ceramics pieces in Brookline shops and participates in various marketplace events in Brookline and the greater Boston area. Susan is also a psychotherapist with a private practice in Coolidge Corner, is a long-time member of Feet of Clay ceramics studio in Brookline Village and operates a studio in Station Street Studios.

A longtime Brookline resident and small business owner in Brookline Village, Liz is an acclaimed photographer who produces iconic portraits and stories for local and internationally known personalities, artists, writers, and thought leaders. Her work on assignments for regional and commercial clients goes beyond the still image to include book and video projects. Her work has appeared in leading publications, including Rolling Stone, The New York Times and Fast Company, as well as in film and TV. Her work has been exhibited and collected throughout the US and Europe. Liz experiments with various photographic media to develop creative narratives and alongside running a studio is currently pursuing an MFA from Maine Media.

Economic Development and Long-Term Planner, Town of Brookline, Aaron is interested in the cultural and arts assets that contribute to economic growth and residential quality of life in Brookline. Aaron is very interested in unifying information about local organizations into a coherent arts destination platform for the Town of Brookline.

Currently Director of Finance and Administration, The Dorothy and Charles Mosesian Center for the Arts, Watertown, Peg has provided accountancy and administrative services for various non-profit cultural organizations in the greater Boston area for over 20 years. A longtime Brookline resident, Peg serves as Commissioner and Treasurer for the Brookline Commission for the Arts. Peg has previously served as Director for Brookline Open Studios. A highly respected photographer who has over the years developed relationships with most local artists, Peg is also a founder and working artist at Station Street Studios focusing on analogue photographic technique, cyanotype, hand colored B&W photographs produced using film, and unique hand colored wax paintings on photographic paper.
