James Fearnley, “Here Comes Everybody: The Story of The Pogues”

The Pogues founding member and accordion player Fearnley joins Booksmith for his memoir about the renowned and influential Celtic punk band. Revealing their highs and lows — from their exuberant live performances to the years of hard drinking and excess — Fearnley tells the story with humor and honesty, bringing youthful friendships, conflicts and concerts to life.
