DOLLAR BIN (Bob Fay & Mary Staubitz)

DOLLAR BIN is indie rock legend Bob Fay (Sebadoh, Deluxx) and local noise nerd Mary Staubitz (Donna Parker, Secret Diary) playing music together. Bob sometimes shoves his guitar neck into the hole in the back of the amp and sometimes just taps on drumsticks. Mary sometimes holds a pint glass over a mic and sometimes lets static whisper through the mixer. It’s different every time. We really can’t say what it will be like this time. “Some of their music could be successfully used as part of a horror movie soundtrack and some of it at the end sounded like monsters playing on a shoreline.
