Intro to Watercolor Painting

If you’ve always been intimidated or struggled with watercolor painting, you’re not alone! Watercolor can be fun and so expressive, you just need to learn some basics to avoid frustration and see its potential. Christina Goodwin has been painting in watercolor for over ten years and wants to share some her favorite techniques to make watercolor fun and approachable. This small group class will focus on the basics of the materials, how to avoid common mistakes, and learning the magic of watercolor expression. You’ll enjoy painting a basic still life you can even take home at the end. No previous painting experience required! Learn something new, support a local non-profit and make new friends all in one afternoon!
